You can file complaints online, by phone, or in writing, and your concern can be kept confidential in many cases. Taking action helps fix the hazard and keeps you and others safe. Ignoring it or delaying reporting won’t resolve the danger, and applying for another job doesn’t address the unsafe condition where you work.
